Sunday: 30 mins run/walk, 15 mins arm workout from Women’s Health

Monday: Off

Tuesday: 30 mins elliptical, 15 mins “Armor Abs” workout

Wednesday: 60 mins yoga

Thursday: 30 mins run/walk, 15 mins leg workout for beginners

Friday: 30 mins elliptical, 15 mins Women’s Health arm workout (see Sunday’s link)

*Saturday: 30 mins run/walk, 15 mins armor abs workout

*Begin Planksgiving challenge!
